For client projects, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by a non-disclosure agreement.

Service Terms

Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects will be defined by a scope of work document that outlines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Changes to the project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Generally, we require:

• 50% deposit before project commencement
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, assets, and access credentials
• Ensuring all provided materials are original or properly licensed
• Meeting payment obligations as per the agreement
• Communicating any concerns or issues promptly

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• Specific business results or outcomes
• Compatibility with all third-party services or platforms

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and source files
• All deposits and payments for work performed are non-refundable

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
